This Privacy Policy describes about the application, data collection, data security when you use our mobile application,
vSensPro Snap, and related services.
About the App
The vSensPro Snap application is a part of Vegam Solutions’s condition monitoring solution. It is specifically developed to
work with our vegam proprietary vibration and temperature sensors “vSensPro” for monitoring rotating or critical
industrial equipment. The app is used by factory or maintenance teams for on-site diagnostics and reporting.
Sensor Connectivity
- The app connects exclusively with Vegam sensors via Bluetooth protocol.
- It collects real-time vibration and temperature data from these sensors, which is then visualized on the app in the form of numerical values and graphical charts (e.g., FFT, time waveform).
- No third-party sensor integration is supported
Data Collection
We want to reassure our users that:
- No Personal Information is Collected: The app does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII).
- No Cloud Transmission: Data captured through the app (e.g., vibration and temperature readings) remains local
to the device or factory system and is not transmitted to any cloud-based servers or third-party services. - No Background Data Access: The app does not access user data such as location, contacts, camera, microphone,
or any unrelated sensor.

This data is stored locally on the user’s device and is used only to generate a report (PDF format), which can be saved or
shared by the user.
Data Usage
The vibration and temperature data are used strictly for machine diagnostics and condition analysis. The information is

Plug-ins and Permissions
To enable Bluetooth communication and report generation:
- The app may request Bluetooth Admin, Scan and Connect for access & sensor pairing.
- File storage access may be required to generate and save PDF reports.
- These permissions are only used for functional purposes, not for collecting user dat

Although the app does not store personal or cloud-based data, it is designed with standard industry security protocols to
ensure any collected machine data is protected against unauthorized access or tampering.
